We want you (and your pup) to love every Puppery experience. If something didn’t work out, we’re here to help.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please contact us at support@puppery.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the product

  3. A brief explanation of why it didn’t work out for you

We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible with instructions to move forward.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perishable goods (e.g., opened supplements, treats, or chews) are not eligible for return or refunds.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed

  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–14 business days

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs (if required) are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We’ll provide instructions if a return is accepted.

Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny returns/refunds if the request is made after 14 days, or if the product has been significantly used.

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, please reach out immediately with photos — we’ll make it right.
