How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund request, please contact us at support@puppery.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:

Photos of the product

A brief explanation of why it didn’t work out for you
We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible with instructions to move forward.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perishable goods (e.g., opened supplements, treats, or chews) are not eligible for return or refunds.
Refunds
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–14 business days
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs (if required) are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
