Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Free Shipping (3–5 business days) on all orders to the UK

• International Shipping (3–17 business days)

Delivery times are estimated and begin once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and times will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Locations

We ship from our fulfillment centers in the UK. Your order will be routed from the closest location based on availability.

Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to items, addresses, or shipping methods. Please double-check all information before confirming your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at support@puppery.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please email us at support@puppery.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
